We believe that understanding what makes a successful crop goes hand-in-hand with understanding what makes healthy soil.
Soils are diverse ecosystems containing billions of different organisms that are crucial to all ecological cycles including carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, water, and nutrients. Ensuring a healthy environment for these organisms is key to building soils that can properly support plant growth, encourage robust root spread, and reduce dependence on traditional symptom-treating methods later on. With the right inputs, we can help you sustainably manage your soil, improve soil function, and reduce disease and pathogens.
We strive to help you put the kind of inputs into your crops that will help your ecosystems thrive for generations to come.

Meet Terry and Aaron Stroshein
Since 1976 Terry Stroshein has been actively working in the Grain Industry. Terry began his career with the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, then later moved on to Cargill Grain and Richardson’s Pioneer Grain Elevators. Terry was also a founding member of the Providence Grain Solutions Co-Operative. Terry’s passion for Agriculture ultimately lead him to start his own business in 2008.
Growing up with such a strong influence in the grain industry, it is no surprise Terry’s son Aaron gained an appreciation for Agriculture. Aaron began working in the industry at the young age of 19 for Cargill as a grain buyer and later for Pioneer as an Elevator Manager. In 2013 Aaron teamed up with his father and the two began seed treating together.
Since 2013, their dedication to the industry has allowed Terry and Aaron to expand NuEarth to 5 retail locations; Vegreville, Provost, St. Paul, Coronation and Paradise Hill, SK.
Together, Terry and Aaron are dedicated to helping their customers obtain quality yields from their crops. They are always researching and educating themselves on new innovations in grain treatments that have proven long-term benefits for soil, ensuring success of future crops.
